    NOTE. Because each of these steps may be a possible solution to display problems, check the display capabilities afterwards. Complete each step.

    1. Make sure the watch cables are properly connected.
    2. Disconnect all extension cords from the monitor.
    3. If some monitors accept multiple input reference points, press the INPUT button on the device to cycle through the recommended modes.
    4. When using an AC adapter, disconnect the current AC adapter from the power line or surge protector and plug the device directly into a wall outlet.

    NOTE. If this fixes the display problem, the problem is with the effect strip or surge suppressor. For further assistance, contact our power supply manufacturer or remove the surge protector.

  • Remove all magnetic devices, appliances, electrical objects, lights and fans from the computer.
  • Disconnect all devices connected to the same wall outlet and circuit as the monitor.
  • Turn on the fluorescent lighting in the computer room.

    NOTE. Electrical equipmentLighting and fluorescent lamps create an invisible electromagnetic sphere that affects what is known as electromagnetic interference (EMI). The television display elements in cathode ray tube (CRT) and liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors use precisely calibrated components that can be affected by distorted electromagnetic interference. Moving devices this far from the monitor will minimize the effect of electromagnetic interference.

  • If the problem is that all fonts and text are skewed and/or blocky, you may need to re-adjust your monitor height and phase settings.
  • Reset LCD to factory settings.
  • Do a good self-test.
  • Tighten the wire where it connects to the LCD panel.


  • There are two possible shipping methods for the LCD screen, either with HD-15 transmission or with DVI-D cable.
  • Make sure the suggestions you select match the input you are using.
  • If twisting the cable causes the problem to disappear and then reappear, it may bethe cable is damaged or shorted, or the connector of our own LCD display is defective.
  • If using a digital video pass-through card, bypass the specific video pass-through and connect the monitor directly to the digital video card.

    NOTE. If this resolves the display issue, the issue is with the video transmission device. Contact the manufacturer of your direct video device for assistance.

  • Move the computer screen and beyond to another room.

    NOTE. If you remove the display, there are fantastic problems with electromagnetic interference or AC that are actually present in the original space. A full conditioner can help, but it’s guaranteed to fix tension issues.

  • Connect each of our monitors to a different computer.

    NOTE. If this fixes the issues, the software or graphics card issue will appear on the source computer.

  • Sometimes replace each monitor cable with another cable of the same type or with a different cable (HD-15/DVI-D).
  • What causes screen shadow?

    It happens,when users leave the effective image on the screen for too long, making it difficult for pixels to switch to another dye. This can happen more easily when blue colors are used, but can happen if the image is on the TV screen for too long, especially at maximum brightness.
