Over the past few days, some of our readers have encountered a known Panda error code while uploading a signature file. This problem occurs for a number of reasons. Let’s discuss this now.
Some computers display a red icon in the (Aether Knowledge Platform) or Signature Update (Legacy platform) pod, indicating that there is a misunderstanding or signature file update.
Follow these steps to force a custom file update and update the information displayed in the console:
- The error is displayed on every
computer, also download the Panda support information file.
- Accept the license agreement often.
- Under the General tab, select the dropdown menu for your product, add a description of each of our issues, and select the Tools tab.
- Double-click the force sync tool.
- Click OK on the next window to start the
upgrade process. Verifythat the problem has been resolved. To do this, a green icon appears in the Signature Update column in the Mandate Console, and the previous login date is updated.

If the error continues, we should be concerned. To do this, follow these steps:

- Enter UNRESOLVED UPDATES PROBLEM in the General Description tab and click Start.
